Our Booking PolicyWelcome to Reel Retreats, every booking is bespoke so please get In touch to see how we can make your day extra special. Booking slots are at 9am / 5p but everything is flexible. Booking isn’t confirmed until deposit paid.

Cinema Hire Deposit

10 mins£50

Standard hire and setup of our 6 x 3 meter marquee, projector and seating for up to 10 people. More can fit but would be seated on the floor.

For bookings after 5pm we will collect the following morning before 10am unless arranged orherwise.

Setup time is flexible I will be in touch after booking to confirm price and specific times.

If longer is require different time frames can be arranged.

As every event is unique I will contact you to arrange all the finer details to make your day extra special.
